(1) Currently the wording of the Monarch's powers is a bit weird. This will fix it.

Based on this, Parliament decides:
(1) To amend the constitution.

(1) This Act
(a) may be cited as ‘Monarch Framework Fixes Act’.
(b) may be numbered as P.B.04-035.
(c) shall be enacted upon being publicly assented.
