1 - About this Act
(1) This Act
(a) may be cited as the October 2026 Appropriations Act.
(b) may be numbered as P.B.07-007.
(c) shall be enacted immediately upon receiving assent from Her Majesty the Queen.
(d) has been authored by Prime Minister ConsequencesInc.
(e) has been co-sponsored by Member of Parliament MattQiu.

(2) General In-Game Fund (Player Balance: SCGovernment) - £4,066.67

(3) Ministry of Justice (GovJustice) - £27,800.00

(4) Ministry of Trade and Finance (GovCommerce) - £31,924.57

(5) Ministry of Foreign Affairs (GovForeign) - £10,000.00

(6) Ministry of Development (GovDevelop) - £35,716.90

(7) Ministry of Welfare (GovEducation) - £21,130.39

(8) Ministry of Internal Affairs (GovInterior) - £30,400.00

(9) Government Legislature (GovLegislature) - £850.00

(10) SCGovernment Emergency Fund (GovReserve) - £200,000

(11) Total - £648,443.62

3 - Appropriations
(1) Parliament hereby appropriates the following total budgets to each of the following accounts:
(a) General Fund (SCGovernment) - £230,802.15
(b) General In-Game Fund (Player Balance: SCGovernment) - £4,066.67
(c) Ministry of Justice (GovJustice) - £30,000
(d) Ministry of Trade and Finance (GovCommerce) - £31,924.57
(e) Ministry of Development (GovDevelop) - £35,716.90
(f) Ministry of Foreign Affairs (GovForeign) - £10,000
(g) Ministry of Welfare (GovEducation) - £20,000
(h) Ministry of Internal Affairs (GovInterior) - £35,000
(i) Monarch's Expenses (SCGovernment) - £7,000
(j) Office of the Prime Minister (SCGovernment) - £2,000
(k) Judiciary (SCGovernment) - £5,000
(l) Parliament (GovLegislature) - £20,000
(m) Emergency Fund (GovReserve) - £200,000
( n ) International Trade Fund (GovCommerce) - £35,000
(o) Total - £648,443.62

(2) The appropriations in subsection (1) shall be achieved by pooling the funds from each account listed in subsection (1) and distributing the given amount to each account.
(a) The total expected amount appropriated to the SCGovernment account is £235,285.94.
(b) Any discrepancies between the expected and actual appropriations shall be resolved by crediting or debiting the difference to the general fund.

(3) The appropriations in subsection (1)( n )shall be a fund for International Trade with Redmont, held in trust by the Ministry of Trade and Finance. These funds are set aside and reserved exclusively for future trade deals and/or treaties made with Foreign Entities in the coming month.
(a) If any or all of these funds are not used by the time of passage of the next appropriation bill, they shall be redistributed as directed from the Ministry of Trade an Finance balance.

4 - Appropriations Terms
(1) These appropriations shall be effective until a new appropriations bill is enacted.
