Activate The Rule Change Requested By Redmont​

1 - About this Act
(1) This Act
(a) may be cited as the ‘The Rule Change Activation Act’.
(b) may be numbered as P.B.##-### (to be assigned by the Office of the Speaker).
(c) shall be enacted immediately upon receiving assent from Her Majesty the Queen.
(d) has been authored by Member of Parliament hello1341
(e) has been co-sponsored by bloodyrebals.
2 - Rules Change Activation
(1) The Rule Change Rejection Act is hereby repealed
(2) The following rule change is activated
(a) Participating in, advertising, promoting, or facilitating gambling services is prohibited.
This prohibition does not apply to player-run arcade or casino games games of skill, defined as: a gambling activity in which the outcome is determined predominantly by the knowledge, judgment, strategy, or skill of the participants, notwithstanding that chance may play an incidental role, or activities conducted exclusively in-game or on Discord and not involving real-world currency or external gambling services.

The Rule Change Activation Act​

Parliament notes:
(1) Members of the public MUST be protected from casinos, gambling addiction is a serious issue affecting many people. MCN should not promote gambling activities.

Based on this, Parliament decides:
(1) To agree with Redmont and to pass a rule change to make ALL gambling against the rules.

To fulfil this, Parliament projects the following expenses:
(1) None, staff will enforce this rule.

Further, Parliament projects the following administrative efforts:
(1) None, staff will enforce this rule.

To implement the above, Parliament passes:
