Ans: My strength is that I am highly disciplined, able to handle high pressure situations and learn everything fast. My weaknesses is that I might be a bit skeptical, procrastinate from time to time. But I'm trying to overcome the weaknesses immensely and I hope it won't be a problem for this role.
- Why do you want this position:
Ans: I want this position because dealing in Foreign Affairs was always my thing, its one of my dream to one day become a minister of Foreign Affairs in real life and I research ALOT about it.

Ans: I believe I can bring a lot for the good of the immigrants as well as foster a great relationship with the Commonwealth of Redmont and its who I want to be.

Ans: As I'm sure you are aware I'm the leader of the Alexandria's Public Servants Party but excluding that I have always took the responsibility of a leader whether it is an event or a debate and I have joined many leadership positions in real life which made me a better man.
- Are you able to effectively work and communicate with a team:
Ans: Yes, I do believe I can create a good environment with my Foreign Affairs team by taking everything professional but still have time to develop a sense of appreciation with each other and work for each other so that we can continue with the position with ease and loyalty.

Ans: Yes, I understand that sharing classified information to unauthorized position is a serious offense and I will take full responsibility if (may God forbid) something like that happens.

Ans: I have deep interest with real life international relations and I will follow diplomacy with respect to it. I will value this position with professionalism and confidentiality. My Goal is to not only to represent our Government, but to develop trust and alliances as well as maintaining peace. - What are your strengths and weaknesses:
I am very well versed with the processes of negotiation, treaty writing, military organisation and various other useful skills that will support my role as Secretary should I be chosen. A weakness is I am a very busy person IRL, so on most days will be confined to Discord.

- Why do you want this position:
I have already started work in the Ministry as the Interim Minister, namely commencing the talks with the Commonwealth of Redmont and commencing the joint initiative for the Olympics, and wish to ensure that both processes are continued with professionalism and efficiency, using my experience to appropriately guide newer employees and ensure that all negotiations end with positive results for the Kingdom of Alexandria.

- Why are you the best applicant for this role:
As mentioned earlier, I hold unique experience of already having been in the Ministry and having done much of this already. This will allow me to properly fulfil the demands and expectations of a Secretary as an experienced, hands-on leader that focuses on the smooth function of the Ministry to ensure mission success.

- Do you have any prior leadership experience:
Within Alexandria, I am the former Minister. In the Commonwealth of Redmont, I am the Former Attorney General, and veteran of the Department of Justice, having held a leadership position there for approximately 6 months before my transition to the courts, where I am currently the most senior sitting Justice as per term length.

- Are you able to effectively work and communicate with a team:
Yes. I make my plans and expectations well known and clear to my colleagues and expect the same from them.

Strengths: Experience, leadership skills, available, proactive, determined, responsive, and good grammar/writing skills.
Weaknesses: Can't dedicate 100% time to position, not the most active in-game

- Why do you want this position: I think the MoFA has some seriously good potential. I'd hate for the Ministry to waste away. Although I believe we are on the right track, I believe my pro-activity and dedication to our Kingdom will be extremely beneficial. I've always had an interest in foreign relations, and it was unfortunate that, during my term as State Secretary on DC, we didn't have foreign relations.

- Why are you the best applicant for this role: I believe I am the best applicant for this role because I personally helped draft a treaty with President 1950Minecrafter of Redmont, Prime Minister Casualgreyknight, and Minister Dr_Eksplosive. I have much foreign relation experience from Redmont and am a very capable leader and follower in management positions. I also have experience with justice and policing, which will be beneficial if we form a military or extradition treaties.
