Defendant N8DAGR81027, as Chief Inspector within the Ministry of Development, used his position to personally benefit by selectively evicting and then conspiring with L0U_4L to acquire plots for his personal use.

1. On August 18th 2026 N8DAGR81027 put RC-30-Elizabeth-St up for auction. See P-001.
2. On September 2nd 2026 N8DAGR81027 finalized the eviction. See P-002.
3. On September 9th 2026 at 5:46pm N8DAGR81027 placed RC-30-Elizabeth-St up for auction. P-003.
4. Exactly one minute later, at 5:47 pm, L0U_4L placed a bid of 1000 Alexandrian Pounds. See P-003.
5. After the auction process, on September 11th, 2026, L0U_4L won the auction of RC-30-Elizabeth-St for 6200 Alexandrian Pounds. See P-004.
6. On September 14th, L0U_4L was fined 6200 Alexandrian Pounds, and N8DAGR81027 was given the 620 Alexandrian Pound bonus. See P-006.
7. On September 14th at 23:52 server timezone, RC-30-Elizabeth-St was transfered to L0U_4L See P-005.
8. On September 15th at 0:00 server time, or eight minutes after the property was transferred to L0U_4L, RC-30-Elizabeth-St was transferred from L0U_4L to N8DAGR81027. See P-005.

IV. Arguments
1. N8DAGR81027, as Chief Inspector, selectively evicted RC-30-Elizabeth-St.
2. N8DAGR81027, facilitated an eviction process coordinated with L0U_4L, so that she will become the winner.
3. As soon as L0U_4L won the election, he paid her off and received the property.
4. N8DAGR81027 was only able to acquire RC-30-Elizabeth-St. because of his position as Chief Inspector.
5. This is the required undue personal benefit required under the Corruption charge. See A.P. 04-020 | Criminal Code Act § 10(2)

PLEA AGREEMENT

Pursuant to §13(1) of A.P. 04-019, both the Prosecution and the Defense have entered into a Plea Agreement. Under §13(2), this Court ACCEPTS the Plea Agreement, and issues the following verdict accordingly.

FINDING

.N8DAGR81027 is found GUILTY on one count of Corruption under A.P. 04-020 §10(2), and is hereby sentenced to 80 minutes of jail time in the Alexandrian Jail, where he shall surely toil away for the rest of his days.
