To create a more free and fair society, we Alexandrians come together to create this party to further the interests not of the corporations, but of the people. In a constitutional monarchy such as ours, our first and foremost objective will be to uphold the power of our democratic institutions, and make sure the Monarch's power is kept in check. Alexandria is a new nation, with its own culture, arts and architecture - the Labour Party is committed to preserving and fostering that culture, and making sure it is unique from all others.

Finally, we pledge to all concerned, that this party will always stand for the needs of the people, and advocate for their prosperity.

Previous month's activities: The Labour Party's first month or so has been generally successful, with completed elections for our parliamentary party list as well as our Executive Committee, as well as the drafting and ratification of our Party Constitution and Party Programme. We have established relations with all existing political parties, and have strategized with them on our objectives in Parliament.

Previous month's activities: We contested the election leading the Redwood Coalition, inviting candidates from APS and Greens onto our party list. Five members of that combined list--2 Labour, 2 APS, 1 Green--got elected to Parliament, and one of our elected members currently sits as Speaker. We also elected a new Executive Committee, recruited several new members, established and fleshed out party bylaws, and created and staffed internal offices.
