Jurisdictional Statement:
This Court has jurisdiction over this suit through the Constitution of Alexandria Part III §15 which describes this Court as having exclusive jurisdiction over constitutional questions.

Parties:

1. The Plaintiffs seeks to represent all Alexandrian Citizens, who were effected by the Entreaty for Emergency Relief in the case of: “The Crown v. Thritystone, Case 3” (Mag. Ct., 2026) (hereby referred to as “the Case”)
2. The Defendant is the Crown of the Kingdom of Alexandria (thereby referred to as “The Crown”), the legal entity recognised for the purposes of suits alleging constitutional violation and other ultra vires acts committed by the state. See RealImza v. Crown, Case 1 (Ch. 2025).

Facts:

1. On Janurary 22nd, the Crown sued Thirtystone in the aforementioned “the Case”. As part of the lawsuit, the crown submitted an Entreaty for Emergency Relif, requesting the suspension of the Janurary 2026 Elections (See The Entreaty for Emergency Relif).
2. On January 25th, following numerous deliberations within the case, The Honorable Magistrate AmityBlamity, reaffirmed the Plaintiff’s Entreaty for Emergency Relif (Seen here: ORDER REAFFIRMING PLAINTIFF'S ENTREATY FOR EMERGENCY RELIEF).
3. In the Constitution Part I subsection 5-not-4 the length of a Parliamentary session is defined as being “no longer than 90 days” and requires elections to be conducted “ no more than 2 days prior to the end of the term, and if not called before the 80th day, elections will take place on the 88th day.
4. The Elections were finished on October 22nd, 2025, with the January Elections beginning around 88 days before, as required by law in the constitution.
5. Following the decision to place the January 2026 Elections on hold, Parliament has reconvined in an emergency session (see P-001 a message which shows that Parliament reconvined, and P-002 an official statement issued by Parliament).

Claim For Relief
Constitutional Violation:

1. As mentioned before the constitution clearly sets times of when an election shall be held.
2. By Placing the January 2026 Elections on hold The Crown broke Section I subsection 5-not-4, which clearly sets the times when an election must be taken place.
3. By reconvening Parliament for an Emergency Session, and issuing the statement, subsection 5-not-4 was broken again, as the Parliamentary session was already over.

Prayer for Relief

The Plaintiffs respectfully request of this honorable court the following:

1. Declare that the decision to stop the elections and the following emergency session of Parliament, were a clear violation of the Constitutions Section I subsection 5-not-4.
2. Remove the Entreaty for Emergency Reliif which suspend the Janurary 2026 Election.
3. Require of the Crown to hold new Parliamentary Elections in order to not affect “the Case.”
4. Grant such further and other relief as the Court deems just and proper, which will allow the elections to take place as usual, without interfering with “the Case”

Writ of Prompting

Plaintiff herby would like to request the following Writ of Prompting, humbly requesting of the this court to begin summoning of the Crown.
Though Plaintiff respect the court delibariting on facts, it should be dully noted that it has almost been 72 hours since the case was filled yet there has been no response from this court. Plaintiff belives that due to the nature of this case, and the fact that the Janurary Elections were already supposed to have concluded, it is of vital importance for the case to be handled as quickly as possible.
