RESPONSE TO DEFENSE'S QUESTIONS

1. I have been a detective for the MoJ since probably April of 2025. On March 12th, 2026 I applied to work as a constable and was accepted. On April 25th, 2026 I was promoted to the role of Captain.

2. The /wanted command shows constables a list persons who have committed murders, details on the murder (identity of victim), along with their "wanted level". Their "wanted level" is determined by how many murders said person has committed-- or at least the ones that the detectives have solved.

3. No. It doesn't mean that.

4. The Ministry of Justice issues Constables a taser, pepper spray, handcuffs, a baton, and a search wand.

5. Congratulations on your recent promotion. As a Detective for the MoJ I assume you have done a lot of investigating and as the arrresting officer I assume you know the case quite well. What kind of investigating did you or your colleagues do in this case regarding Capt11543's death?

6. Thank you for that explanation. I know you said "murder" there a lot and that wanted stars equate to how many "murders" someone committed. How is it a wanted star for murder determined or issued?

7. You've made it clear that your position is that during the events leading up to the attempted detainment, "I suspected he [the Defendant] might run if I announce my intention to arrest him" and that by doing that that you didn't conceal your identity as a police officer. How then, did you identify yourself and make your presence known to the Defendant before you tried to detain him?

8. Is the MoJ issued equipment, specifically taser, pepper spray, handcuffs, a baton, and search wand, available to the public?

WITNESS QUESTIONING

To the Right Honorable Former Prime Minister and the Noble Peace Officer, I thank you both for your time testifying as particular individuals in this case and I hope you will bear with me as I ask this initial set of questions and follow ups.


For @Capt11543
1. In your previous testimony you said you were stuck in a hole and were "flustered and disoriented" before the Defendant killed you. Approximately how long were you stuck in the hole before the Defendant came upon you?

2. You testified that the Defendant killed you in one shot with a bow. Can you describe your health and armor situation at the time of the attack?

3. You testified that you reported the death with /999. Were there any police officers online who responded to your call?


For @PhillinDeBlanc
1. I understand that you are an accomplished police officer and employee of the Ministry of Justice and that your positions have changed through out the duration of this trial. For the record, can you please state employment history with the MoJ and what positions you held at the time of the Defendants arrest?

2. You testified that on April 8th you used the /wanted command to check the wanted board. As the Court and myself are laypeople when it comes to Police Officer specific commands, can you describe for the Court what the /wanted command does and the information it provides?

3. You testified that you did not announce your intention to arrest the Defendant because you thought he might run. Doesn't this mean that you specifically concealed your identity of being a Police Officer as a particular individual from the Defendant?

4. The Crown in their opening statement mentioned that you used "Ministry of Justice issued equipment" during the arrest. Can you describe for the Court what kind of equipment the Ministry issues you as a Police Officer?

1. I can't recall exactly, but I was only there for a matter of seconds before Thritystone encountered me there.
2. I can't recall exactly, but I'm typically wearing my netherite leggings and either my netherite chestplate or my elytra when I'm out in New Hamilton, so it was some combination of that.
3. To the best of my knowledge, there was no officer available to respond immediately.
