Zoning Regulations:
All regulations must be in accordance with their relevant acts of parliament. Where any provisions of these building codes contravene a prior MOD policy, these shall supersede. Where Parliament has not made explicitly clear through an act, the following Zoning regulations Shall Apply.

- Build Height
- Unless otherwise stated, the Build limit for Residential Plots shall be 60 blocks from the surface of the highest point of the adjacent road
- Unless otherwise stated, the free Build limit for Commercial Plots shall be 120 blocks from the surface of the highest point of the adjacent road. Plots intending to exceed 120 blocks must file a waiver pursuant to the Real Estate Act.
- All Structures must be attached to the ground unless the structure specifically depicts a flying vehicle (helicopter, balloons, etc).
- Violations: Pursuant to relevant acts of Parliament, MOD is empowered to issue fines not exceeding 200 pounds per day of violation.
- Violations of the Build Height Limit shall subject the plot owner to a 50-pound fine per day of non-compliance, provided that a notice has been issued and a grace period of 14 days has expired.
- Violations of any aesthetic requirements shall subject the plot owner to a 25-pound fine per day of non-compliance, provided that a notice has been issued and a grace period of 14 days has expired
- Violations of non-development of plots shall be a 50-pound fine per day, provided that a notice has been issued, and a grace period of 14 days has expired.
- Failure to Pay Fines: Pursuant to relevant portions of the Realtor Act, the MOD may impose a lien upon properties where the property owner has failed to pay a fine or has an insufficient balance to pay a fine, but remains ineligible for exporporation as a result of meeting payment requirements.
- MOD shall instruct the Ministry of Justice of the outstanding fine, and shall provide such facts as necessary to obtain a court order for the plot expropriation.
- Plot Limits:
- The standard plot limit per player shall be eight (8) of any plot type.
- The standard plot limit per any private legal persons (registered corporations) shall be five (5)
