Complete Declarations
Declarations must contain all of the elements required under §5 of the Alexandrian Electoral Act in order for the party, alliance, or candidate to appear on the ballot.
Parties and alliances may not sponsor more candidates than there are seats in contention (in this election, 11).
Contenders may edit their submissions at any point before the closing of declarations.


Eligibility Requirements
Voter and candidate eligibility requirements are set forth in §17 of the Alexandrian Electoral Act.

To be eligible to vote, an individual must:

• Be a citizen with a valid passport
• Have at least 4 hours of playtime in the past 30 days

Voter eligibility requirements will be assessed at the time of voting.

A. National Development​

• Fully complete Alexandria’s public works.
• Release the CBDs, fix all roads, and end floating buildings permanently.

Players must be encouraged, not hindered, to build shops, trade goods, and engage in risk and reward.

2. Pro-Commerce​

Trade is the lifeblood of activity.

3. Low and Fair Taxation​

Excessive taxation kills activity. Government should earn revenue primarily through services, events, and economic growth, not burdens on citizens.

4. Simple and Understandable Laws​

Overregulation slows development.
The ANP supports consolidating laws into clear categories and building a legal code where acts add or subtract cleanly, not pile complexity on citizens.

5. Pro-Growth, Pro-Player​

Any policy that drives players away must be ended.

6. Strong Staff and Government Coordination​

The original vision for StateCraft was a world where government guides development.
An ANP government will assume more staff responsibilities in zoning, vaulting, customer support, and public development, reducing confusion and clearing gridlock.

7. Government as a Service Provider​

Governments exist to serve the player, not to dominate them. The government holds unique tools such as pasting, event creation, and public works, and these must be used to enrich the nation, not regulate its every breath.

The Green Manifest

The Green Manifest
Liberty, Equality, Responsibility

This is the Manifesto for Alliance 25 / The Greens for Alexandria. It will outline the core values pursued by our party.
The Greens base their political work on freedom, the freedom to be able. Understanding this, we try to give people options and impede others from taking options from another.
Freedom is a gift and we should treat it as such, but we should not take it away from those to come. We should not live on the cost of the future.
Understanding this, we, the Greens, commit to a program of sustainability and equality, trying to achieve a worthwhile and free life for all.
A worthwhile life must include the ability to choose freely about occupation unlimited by economic constraints. We therefore strive for a Universal Basic Income and a strong Welfare State. All healthcare shall be free, as health issues can severely impeach on someone's freedom. Housing shall be available to all, so they can have the security of a home, unconstrained by income. People shall not need to be homeless.
For a life to be worthwhile, we see it as a necessity that it is also filled with beauty and creativity. In recognition of this, we want to create a city that is not only functional, but also a place for humans, with recognisable and nice neighbourhoods.
We want to create Alexandria on a basis of Sustainability and forward thinking. To achieve any form of prosperous economy for the benefit of all citizens, so that a strong welfare state has money to spend and the government can further support quality public infrastructure, green cities, quality education and maximal personal freedom in all other aspects, long term thinking is required. We cannot act only looking at the now, without considering long term consequences.
The goal must be freedom for all, not freedom for the higher, so equality is a must. We therefore seek a social market economy that helps those in need, while the burdens required to be placed on citizens, so the state may function, are carried more by those who have enough. We therefore seek progressive income, welfare and property taxes, while abstaining from a sales tax on food and other necessities. Luxury goods and those goods that may cause additional spending for the state (e.g. alcohol) may have a sales tax. We abstain from a general Sales Tax, unless the budget demands it.
No debt in the budget does not mean, no debt is made. It is simply made in the infrastructure and other public services. While we do not wish to take debt, we recognise the importance of not shy away from it when necessary.
The Greens advocate for green spaces and buildings, with lots of natural light. We want to promote human oriented architecture. We promote a minimum area and volume for Apartments. To fight a housing crisis, the Greens promote social housing and high density zoning especially in the context of transit oriented development.
The Greens commit to a democratic and equal structure of the party.
If we keep to our goals, we sincerely believe we can create something on the basis of Democracy, Responsibility, Dignity, Equality and Liberty. And if we keep to this, Alexandria will flourish.

Economic Plan​

Strategic Commodities Reserve​

Labour/Public Servants wants to build, but it’s hard to build without supplies! We are preparing legislation granting the Ministry of Trade and Finance the authority to manage a Strategic Commodities Reserve. With it, they will be able to buy and hold food, minerals, and other goods which may be of use to the Kingdom, to be used as it sees fit. All materials will be sourced domestically, generally by tender contracts. This way, producers of goods in Alexandria will have opportunities to sell their product and earn revenue, while the government can have a steady supply of resources for use in its operations or for disbursal as necessary.

Paste Policy​

Nothing demonstrates progress quite like walking through a dynamic, changing city. Labour/Public Servants will facilitate the development of a beautiful and vibrant New Hamilton with paste policy designed to help lower the costs of building. Players will be able to design builds on their creative plot, and submit a paste request to the Ministry of Development. Materials will not be spawned in; instead, players must either produce their own materials or buy them from other players or businesses. To reduce this cost burden, the government will subsidize a portion of the cost of materials for each build. That subsidy may vary depending on the build: its purpose, complexity, and aesthetics would all be considered to some degree. The government can use the Strategic Commodities Reserve to directly provide materials for builds, or fund the acquisition of materials by releasing bonds to fund urban development.

Promoting Plot Ownership​

In a growing playerbase, newcomers to Alexandria will feel much more welcome if they have a space to plant their roots and call their own. That’s why Labour/Public Servants will work to make it easier for players to acquire their own plot of land, and give everyone more freedom to build what they want. We will implement measures to discourage plot hoarding, and push forward with evictions and auctions. We will then reduce the cost of plot ownership with a tax credit for purchasing a new plot (redeemable only once per person!). We will also explore more city-level changes, such as updates to the zoning code and build regulations, to give players more flexibility and freedom to make their mark on New Hamilton.

Small Businesses​

We believe that the nascent business environment is a huge source of potential for Alexandria. Labour/Public Servants wants to support new entrepreneurs as they set off to achieve their big dreams for their small business. To this end, we would explore options to make it easier for new business owners to get funding through loans, either directly from the government or in partnership with financial institutions. We would also implement a grant program to reward businesses that show promising growth with a one-time tax credit.

Workers’ Rights​

We could hardly call ourselves the party of Labour without supporting workers’ right to collectively bargain! Labour/Public Servants is preparing legislation that codifies that right and grants protection against bad-faith negotiating tactics employed by employers. An LPS-led government would ensure that all laborers within our Kingdom would be empowered to pursue their best interests as part of strong, proud
unions.

Legal Reform​

Finally Fixing Elections​

Thanks to our Indies and MMP Patch Act, the mixed-member proportional system is more workable than before. But it still leaves the Ministry of Internal Affairs with a complex adjudication process, and the public with a less-than-clear view of how their votes turn into seats. Labour/Public Servants will pass an election system that is easy to understand and execute, and that has been vetted by testing and feedback. The LPS-led Ministry of Internal Affairs began this project in the prior term, and is eager to complete it in the next.

Streamlining Citizenship​

It takes too long to become an Alexandrian citizen. When a new player joins the server and decides they want to become a fellow Alexandrian, they shouldn’t be forced to wait a week after making that decision. Labour/Public Servants will remove the residency period, so that the only barrier between a player and their new nation is the citizenship test. We will also ensure that the citizenship test itself is up-to-date and accurate, and make the information immigrants need to pass readily available. In a time of low activity, we shouldn’t be putting up barriers.

Getting Serious About Crime​

New Hamilton is a place for building, shopping, and finding community. It is not a place for violence. Yet a select few treat the streets of New Hamilton as an open-air arena. Last term, the LPS-led Ministry of Justice began an initiative to prosecute violent offenses, and we want to continue that into this term. We want to discourage outbreaks of mass violence by reminding players that in New Hamilton, murder is a felony, and it carries hefty penalties. Our Ministry of Justice will also hold its police officers and attorneys to high standards of conduct, and issue swift discipline to any Ministry official who oversteps and violates your rights.

Constitutional Repair​

Our Kingdom’s Constitution is functional, but messy. For a timely example, the Constitution is not clear about what happens to Parliament and the government during an election. It also establishes a Parliament which was scaled up too quickly and allows for some very uncomfortable gridlock. LPS will work with Parliament to comb through it all and repair the gaps. We will promote Constitutional amendments that clarify the terms of elections and reduce the size of Parliament, and scrutinize any other amendments that come before Parliament to ensure that the Constitution always upholds the principles of democratic governance and equality under the law.

Culture and Foreign Policy​

Fun and Games​

At the end of the day, the best way to promote activity on a Minecraft server is to give the people more things to do. Labour/Public Servants will utilize the Ministry of Internal Affairs to do exactly that by planning a variety of events. From parkour races to talent shows to war games, no event will be quite the same; but each one will bring the community closer together. To deliver more events, our MoIA will expand event staff capacity, plan both large and small events, and engage on all platforms where life occurs in Alexandria.

A More Engaged Monarchy​

The institution of the Monarchy is key to Alexandria's national identity, but it is currently underused as a way to visibly set Alexandria apart. While Labour/Public Servants is committed to democratic and accountable government, we believe that the Monarch can be vital to Alexandrian culture. After this election, we will work with Her Majesty the Queen to form a final plan for monarchy reform. But we believe that the Monarch can be a master of ceremony, rallying the citizens during major moments like MoIA events or foreign summits. We would also explore loosening the restrictions on the Monarch’s political speech by allowing them to issue public or private Royal Addresses to advise or critique the government regarding major issues that face the nation.

Friends Across the Pond​

Labour/Public Servants supports a vision of not just national, but international unity. We believe that Redmonters are our friends, and when our nations work together, everyone benefits. Last term, the LPS-led Ministry of Foreign Affairs laid the groundwork for a close working relationship with the government of Redmont. We opened doors for further work on currency exchange, joint MoIA/DPA events, and international tourism. This term, we will build on that groundwork by opening an Office of Tourism to put Alexandria in the minds of players abroad, and build economic bridges to make it easier to welcome new Alexandrian citizens from Redmont.

MANIFESTO​

Now comes the moment when we look upon our nation and see Her diminished, Her potential cast aside like a crown in the gutter.

• Shackled by stagnation and decay of activity;
• Corrupted by perverse incentives that punish growth and reward idleness;
• Burdened by incomplete works, abandoned public ambitions, half-finished plugins, and a world without purpose for the citizen who strives;
• And hindered by governments, past and present, who concern themselves with niches, procedures, and petty regulations, while the economy withers and the nation drifts;

We, the undersigned, refuse to accept a nation condemned to slumber.

We refuse managed decline, but pledge to awaken a great country; to carry Her forward with purpose, unity, and unyielding strength.

ANP Core Campaign Promises​

A. National Development​

• Fully complete Alexandria’s public works.
• Release the CBDs, fix all roads, and end floating buildings permanently.
• Complete the Judiciary and Royal Palaces, with 25k allocated for guaranteed completion.

B. Economic Revival​

• Partner with businesses to create new economic hubs with new opportunities to earn money.
• Government-issued custom GPS names for businesses, for a price.
• Launch an in-game Tender Program through MOD and MOTF immediately.
• Implement progressive taxation with no tax under £1,000.
• Provide a stimulus package and one-time UBI for players under £10k net worth.
• Issue bonds through the MOTF rather than raising taxes.
• Encourage commodity floats, price spectrums, and economic data collection.

C. Property, Rights, and Fairness​

• Protect museums and cultural institutions.
• Strengthen property rights for active players.
• Concurrent evictions and auction periods:
  • No 14-day waiting period,
  • No appeal period after 30 days,
  • 50 percent compensation to evicted owners from auction proceeds.

D. Growth Through Construction​

• Provide grants for completing new builds.
• Provide grants for establishing buying and selling storefronts.
• Reform paste policy, provide grants to support buying paste materials.
• Build a National Convention Center at Spawn, serving as Alexandria's showroom.
• Build a National Post Office for easy delivery between players, companies, and the government.
• Create a Redmont Dollar Reserve to hire Redmont workers for public projects.

E. Modernized Government Functions​

• MOTF and MOD will actively buy needed goods in-game (with :S sell chests)
• The government will accept commercial bank payments.
• Support & promote the establishment of a robust Stock Exchange.
• Publish a National Growth Strategy that empowers ministries with clear, autonomous decision-making.

F. National Branding and Promotion​

• Partner with known YouTubers to promote Alexandria once core development is complete.
• Create a National New Player Retention Strategy

G. Outback Reset Policy​

• Clarify reset rules based on objective conditions, including depletion of sand, exhaustion of ores, or extreme destruction.

THE FOLLOWING IS THE ANP'S CAMPAIGN VALUES

The Alexandrian National Party, is guided by the following Principles:

1. Pro-Business​

Business is the living spirit of enterprise that gives StateCraft meaning.
Players must be encouraged, not hindered, to build shops, trade goods, and engage in risk and reward.

2. Pro-Commerce​

Trade is the lifeblood of activity.
The ANP supports rules that expand commerce, accelerate growth, and keep markets vibrant.

3. Low and Fair Taxation​

Excessive taxation kills activity. Government should earn revenue primarily through services, events, and economic growth, not burdens on citizens.

4. Simple and Understandable Laws​

Overregulation slows development.
The ANP supports consolidating laws into clear categories and building a legal code where acts add or subtract cleanly, not pile complexity on citizens.

5. Pro-Growth, Pro-Player​

Any policy that drives players away must be ended.
We support strong retention systems, including tutorials, login bonuses, unique spawn books, starter kits, and new-player incentives.

6. Strong Staff and Government Coordination​

The original vision for StateCraft was a world where government guides development.
An ANP government will assume more staff responsibilities in zoning, vaulting, customer support, and public development, reducing confusion and clearing gridlock.

7. Government as a Service Provider​

Governments exist to serve the player, not to dominate them. The government holds unique tools such as pasting, event creation, and public works, and these must be used to enrich the nation, not regulate its every breath.

8. Transparency and Communication: ​

Communication with the Public, Staff, and the Monarch is a key aspect of sustaining a functional organization. The ANP believes in using clear, easy-to-understand, and regular communication to ensure all parties are involved in the critical decision-making process.
