RESPONSE TO WRIT

Defendant here asks the Chancery to recuse Magistrate Gribble19 for "bias and past encounters." The Defendant has provided no evidence of such bias or record of such encounters. I have absolutely no evidence, record, or justification to work with. Truthfully, I do not even know if the Defendant makes this request seriously, given their conduct in this case so far. This request is thus denied. ​

That is an obviously false screenshot from Luca, reasons why:
1. The screenshot was taken from my inventory, so the only way he could possibly see that item is from that screenshot.
2. On my screenshot the item is in the 9th inventory slot, and in Luca's its in the 6th slot

They shall be fined £100, £200 and £300 for these three cases of contempt respectively.

The Court has reviewed the Prosecution's Entreaty to Summon (#30) and the Prosecution's Entreaty for Continuance (#31). The Prosecution requests the court to summon the witnesses named in the Prosecution's initial filing, as well as continuance due to the ongoing elections. The Court finds the request for continuance to be a reasonable request, especially considering the Chancery's ruling on a similar request made in Rubilubi55 v. Crown, Case 13 (Ch. 2025) #25.

Accordingly,
Prosecution's Entreaty for Continuance has been GRANTED;
Proceedings are hereby postponed until the end of the October 2025 Parliament Elections;
